These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Accounts.ai. Please read them carefully before using the service.
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using The Accounts.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
The service
The Accounts.ai provides accounting software including invoicing, expense tracking, VAT and Corporate Tax tools, reporting, and related features. We may update, improve, or change features over time to keep the service current with UAE tax requirements and product improvements.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in an unauthorised way. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for meeting your own tax and filing obligations.
Billing
Paid plans and add-ons are billed through our payment processor according to the plan you select. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. While we work to keep tax calculations accurate and up to date, The Accounts.ai is a software tool and does not constitute tax, legal, or accounting advice. You remain responsible for reviewing your records and for your filings with the Federal Tax Authority. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
