Email support@theaccounts.ai for anything you're stuck on — a bug, a receipt that scanned wrong, a report that doesn't look right. It's read and answered personally; there's no ticket queue and no first-line script. Include the email address on your account, what you were trying to do, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps for display issues.

Email support@theaccounts.ai with “Billing” in the subject line, along with your account email. Don't send a full card number — your plan and payment history can be looked up from the account email alone.
