We also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type, and usage activity, which helps us keep the service secure and reliable.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and operate the service: to store and process your accounting data, generate invoices and reports, calculate VAT and Corporate Tax, send transactional emails, and provide support.

Receipt and invoice images you upload for AI scanning are processed to extract data such as vendor, date, amount, and VAT. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run the service, including cloud hosting and database infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), and AI document processing (Anthropic) for receipt and invoice scanning. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure and protected with encryption in transit and access controls. We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required to comply with legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data from within the app or by contacting us. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data except where we are required to retain it by law.
